RCMP are urging witnesses to come forward on the 4th anniversary of the murder of Nathan Ross Cross.
On April 24th, 2011, police say they headed to North Preston after receiving reports of shots fired.
When they arrived on Churchill Terrace, they found Cross unconscious and unresponsive.
Mounties say Cross had been standing outside with others when a suspect fired shots at the group, hitting Cross several times.
The 21-year-old was taken to hospital, where he was pronounced dead from a gunshot would.
“Any piece of information could prove useful to investigators,” said RCMP spokesperson Cpl. Greg Church.
